Gallen Portrait Service will be returning to provide excellent school portraits on: Wednesday, March 8, 2023
NO Payment is required on this day. You will be able to choose a portrait package from proofs.
*Please let DHUMNS know ASAP if you would like to have a sibling(s) included in your child’s photo session.
We will let you know when we have scheduled a make up date for absences/retakes.
February Tuition Payment is due February 7th – February 10th
Pink/Purple Day is Thursday, February 9th please have your child wear the color pink or purple and/or bring in ONE item that is pink or purple.
Our Valentine’s Day Party for both the 3 day & 4 day classes is on Tuesday, February 14th

Mrs. Claus will visit our school, please have your child bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal. Your child will have their photo taken with Mrs. Claus and they will also get a book.

Lunch Bunch ( Extended Day)
Lunch Days are on Wednesday & Thursday.
Children can stay until 2:00 pm. Cost is $10.00 per day. More detailed information is on our website under the “More Info” tab.

Orange Day is on Thursday, October 13th for both the 3 day & 4 day class. Please have your child wear something orange and/or bring in ONE object that is orange for Show N Tell. Please label the item with your child’s name.
Our Halloween Parade for both classes is on Thursday, October 27th at 9:30 am in the courtyard. If it is raining, it will be in the gym. Parents are invited!

Lunch Bunch’s ( Extended Day) first day is on Wednesday, September 21st. Lunch Days are on Wednesday & Thursday until 2:00 pm. Children can stay until 2:00 pm and there is a $10.00 fee per day. Children bring a pack lunch that includes a drink, but please do not send in any items with peanut or nuts as we are a peanut/nut free school. Scholastic Book Clubs Scholastic book order forms were sent home in your child’s red folder. If you would like to place an order, please follow the guidelines in the note that was attached to the form and return your order form & payment by Wednesday, September 28th.
Welcome to our 2022 – 2023 school year!
Our year has begun with lots of smiling faces at our half hour sessions today. It was so great to welcome all the children. Tomorrow is our first full day of school. Please let us know if have any questions after reading our handbook and your welcome letter.
Wednesday, September 14th is the first full day of school for 3 day & 4 day classes
3 day class attends 9:15 am – 11:45 am
4 day class attends 9:00 am – 11:30 am
Lunch Bunch (Extended Day) There is No Lunch during the 1st week of school.
The first Lunch Day will be on Wednesday, September 21st.
Lunch Days are Wednesday & Thursday until 2:00 pm
The first day of school is on Tuesday, September 13th. The children will come to school for a ½ hour session with their parents. Letters were sent home, if you did not get a letter with your assigned time, please contact us.
